Welcome to Senti — a mobile application designed for enthusiasts of hiking, trekking, mountaineering, and outdoor adventures. The app allows users to share their routes, mark key locations (campsites, water sources, peaks), communicate with fellow hikers, and track their journey. By accessing or using Senti, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the application.

1. Account Registration and Security

1. To use Senti, you must create an account using a unique username and optionally upload a profile photo.
   
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
   
3. If you become aware of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must notify support@map-pin-sharing.com immediately.
   
4. The app does not assume responsibility for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account or any actions taken under your account credentials.

2. User Content and Sharing

Senti allows users to generate and share content, including text, images, and audio notes (“User Content”), in connection with outdoor routes and activities. By sharing content, you affirm that:

• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  
• It is lawful, safe, and does not include pornography, threats, harassment, or content that incites harm.
  
• Your account does not impersonate another individual.
  

By submitting content, you grant Senti a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content within the app to other users. Senti reserves the right to remove content at its discretion if it violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. Deletion requests will be handled in a reasonable timeframe; however, residual or cached copies may persist briefly.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users are fully responsible for their interactions with other users of the application.
   
2. Senti does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any user-submitted content.
   
3. You should exercise caution and sound judgment when interacting with other users, particularly when sharing personal or location-based information.

4. Data Collection

Senti collects information to provide its services, improve functionality, and ensure proper operation:

• Location Data: GPS, Wi-Fi, and background tracking are used to display routes, mark key points, and enhance navigation features.
  
• Chat and Audio Notes: Temporarily stored to ensure proper delivery between users.
  
• Technical Data: Collected via SDKs, cookies, and analytics tools; includes device identifiers, IP addresses, app usage data, and crash reports.
  

All collected data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Personal information is never sold; anonymized aggregate data may be used to analyze trends and improve the app.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property within the app, including logos, software, design elements, and trademarks, remains the property of Senti or its licensors.
   
2. Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any proprietary materials without express written permission.

6. Modifications to Terms

Senti may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through app updates or in-app notifications where appropriate. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Account Termination

1. Senti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the app.
   
2. Users may request account deactivation by contacting support@map-pin-sharing.com.
   
3. Certain provisions, including intellectual property ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The app is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   
2. Senti does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the app meets your expectations.
   
3. Users assume all risk of using the app, including reliance on user-submitted content or route information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Senti shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
• Loss, corruption, or interruption of data
  
• Actions, content, or behavior of other users
  
• Any amounts exceeding fees paid (if applicable) within the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senti, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from use of the app or violation of these Terms.
